Director, International Predictive Customer Engagement (IPCE)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the international strategy for predictive customer engagement, including AI-driven engagement capabilities.
• Establish a roadmap for AI/ML, GenAI, and omnichannel orchestration aligned with commercial priorities.
• Lead and scale a high-performing, globally distributed data science organization.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through predictive models and engagement strategies.
• Serve as a strategic consulting partner for international commercial leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive the development and deployment of predictive models and AI solutions, such as Next Best Action models and GenAI applications.
• Establish governance frameworks for demand intake, prioritization, and delivery across international markets.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required (quantitative area of study preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics or AI/ML.
• Proven experience leading large, complex projects and global, cross-functional analytics teams.
• Proficiency in Python/R and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other graduate degree.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics frameworks.
• Expertise in omnichannel marketing analytics and CRM integration.
