Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Fanatics' global internal communications strategy
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership
• Lead communications planning for major enterprise initiatives including HR, technology, and workplace transformations
• Partner with Corporate Communications to execute executive visibility and thought leadership strategies
• Drive employee engagement through innovative channels, campaigns, and events
• Oversee internal communications channels and editorial strategy
• Lead communications support for social impact and nonprofit partnerships
• Establish communications metrics and measurement frameworks
• Lead and mentor communications team members and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in internal or corporate communications
• Experience advising senior executives
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide communications in complex, matrixed organizations
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience leading communications for organizational change or business transformation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
