About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term business and product strategy for Intelligent Management and Control Platforms (IMCP)
- Lead the IMCP roadmap strategy, including server management, BMC integration, platform telemetry, security, and lifecycle management
- Build strategic relationships with hyperscale cloud operators, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners to secure high-value design wins
- Translate market signals and customer pain points into differentiated silicon and software capabilities
- Lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking, TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, and pricing strategy
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, sales, and product marketing
- Manage the opportunity funnel and provide accurate revenue forecasting for the IMCP product portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, systems, or infrastructure platform environments
- Deep understanding of BMC architectures, platform management ecosystems, and infrastructure telemetry
- Expertise in industry standards including IPMI and Redfish
- Proven experience in product roadmapping, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategy
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills with experience in strategic negotiations
Preferred Qualifications
- MSEE and/or MBA degree
- Existing relationships with hyperscale cloud providers, OEMs, or ODMs
- Experience with OpenBMC, OCP ecosystems, and DMTF standards
- Familiarity with CXL management extensions, MCTP, and Secure Root of Trust architectures
- Experience participating in industry standards organizations or technical consortia
