Director, Integrated Media Investment

Responsibilities

• Oversee client media investment across Video/CTV, Display, Local TV/Audio, OOH/Print, Ad Ops, Programmatic, Search, and Social
• Lead the One Marketplace team across direct buys, biddable, offline, and procurement
• Act as lead agency negotiator and client voice for potential new business
• Develop strategic investment roadmaps, media partnerships, and learning agendas
• Negotiate effective deals and Joint Business Plans for clients
• Mentor and train team members to ensure high standards of media planning and buying
• Maintain close partnerships with Planning and other departments to optimize media outputs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in media investment and campaign management
• Thorough understanding of the evolving media landscape
• Experience providing strategic leadership based on client business knowledge
• Proven ability to negotiate cost-efficient, high-impact placements
• Experience in team management, including mentoring and performance reviews
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a highly integrated cross-discipline team
