About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integrated campaign strategy across Enterprise, Commercial, Growth, and International segments
- Build full-funnel plans orchestrating paid media, email, content, field events, and ABM
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into compelling campaign themes
- Drive self-serve sign-up volume for Temporal Cloud through developer-focused campaigns
- Scale ABM programs using intent data and personalized multi-channel motions
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of campaign managers
- Define and own campaign KPIs including MQL quality, pipeline influence, and CAC
Requirements
- 10+ years in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or growth marketing at B2B SaaS
- 4+ years in a Director-level role or above with direct pipeline accountability
- Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers and DevOps practitioners
- Hands-on experience with ABM and PLG motions
- Proven track record of scaling global programs in high-growth environments
- Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and modern marketing analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in developer tools or infrastructure
- Experience supporting international pipeline generation in EMEA and APJ
