Director Integrated Business Planning

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and partner with the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization to align on strategy and assumptions.
• Provide thought leadership by clarifying top priorities and applying a "General Manager" mindset to business challenges.
• Deliver executive-level insights regarding business health, gap identification, and strategic recommendations within the Executive IBP forum.
• Drive program initiatives and ensure the successful closure of critical actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or project management.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive long-term experience in end-to-end supply chain management and cloud operations.
• Proven ability to drive business decisions with a GM mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a commanding executive presence.
