Director – Insurance Market Strategy

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor on market and strategy topics.
• Analyse complex client challenges and translate them into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of WTW’s Insurance Market Strategy proposition.
• Support the creation of thought leadership that reflects market trends and client needs.
• Lead or support the delivery of strategic engagements, applying structured problem-solving to produce practical outcomes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues through day-to-day project work.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance strategy, consulting, or a related analytical or commercial environment.
• Ability to analyse complex information and apply structured thinking to develop practical recommendations.
• Experience contributing to or delivering projects with clear business outcomes.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships and support stakeholder decision-making.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in market strategy and insurance trends.
