About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) frameworks for single and multi-title launches
  • Translate complex multi-signal data into clear decision narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Integrate paid media performance, Brand Lift Study outputs, and creative diagnostics into unified insights
  • Deploy and evolve AI agents to accelerate insight synthesis and measurement intelligence
  • Design and deploy at least one new AI agent capability during the contract term
  • Integrate brand health data and competitive dynamics into the title insights framework
  • Lead quarterly and annual executive reporting for the EU portfolio
  • Partner with Strategy and Planning teams to translate findings into actionable campaign recommendations

Requirements

  • Director-level experience in advanced measurement, marketing effectiveness, or audience analytics
  • Expertise in multivariate analytical methods and Post Campaign Analysis
  • Strong knowledge of paid media measurement and Brand Lift Study design
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and LLM applications in analytics
  • Proven track record of building or contributing to AI-assisted analytical tools
  • Experience working within matrixed, multi-regional organizations
  • Proficiency with brand health platforms like YouGov BrandIndex or BAV
  • Ability to lead and mentor measurement or analytics talent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on tentpole or event-level entertainment titles
  • Active engagement with industry bodies like IPA, MRS, or Media Research Group
  • Experience developing agentic AI solutions for real-time marketing monitoring
  • Previous experience in senior maternity cover or fixed-term roles
