Director, Insights

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the insights strategy across priority business areas, customer segments, and industry themes
• Identify critical business questions regarding customers, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives to generate meaningful business insights
• Analyze market, customer, and product usage data to identify actionable patterns
• Turn insights into compelling stories for sales narratives, pitch decks, and executive storytelling
• Develop proprietary research and reports to strengthen company thought leadership
• Support sales and customer-facing teams with insights to strengthen pitches and prove value
• Establish metrics to evaluate the impact of insights work across the organization

Requirements

• Significant experience in insights, research, strategy, analytics, or market intelligence
• Proven ability to turn data and research into compelling business narratives
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, and executive storytelling
• Ability to work with multiple data sources to identify meaningful trends
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, global, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology, sports, media, advertising technology, data, SaaS, or betting industries
