Director, Insights & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of measurement and insights strategies across client programs
• Analyze and interpret data across earned media, social media, web analytics, and other platforms
• Conduct secondary research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations
• Partner with account strategic communications, creative, social, content, and digital teams
• Build and maintain agency measurement frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary datasets
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating performance metrics and ROI
• Serve as a client-facing insights expert for communications and marketing leaders
• Stay current on emerging analytics, measurement, research, and AI-driven methodologies
• Support internal data literacy through training and knowledge sharing
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, insights, research, measurement, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in measurement, analytics, or research roles within a communications, PR, or marketing agency
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
• Strong experience with secondary research and analytics platforms
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience collaborating across client services, digital, and creative teams
• Familiarity with data analytics technology stacks and exposure to AI/ML

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B communications across technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, or financial services
• Experience mentoring junior team members
