Responsibilities

• Run the end-to-end pipeline of ideas from intake through vetting and investigation
• Scan the education and professional development landscape for competitive intelligence
• Lead structured problem-framing, ideation, and rapid prototyping using design thinking
• Facilitate regular innovation reviews with company leadership
• Shepherd battle-tested projects into operational hands and document R&D learnings
• Build and refine processes, rubrics, and rituals for scalable innovation
• Stay updated on AI, simulation technology, and gamification within the ed-tech ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Instructional Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in product strategy, business consulting, innovation management, or instructional design
• 3+ years owning a portfolio or program from concept through launch
• Must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work without sponsorship
• Ability to work full-time on core U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working inside a professional education company or learning platform
• Experience evaluating ideas for market potential in a startup, venture, or product strategy context
