Director Infrastructure & Cloud

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year cloud and infrastructure roadmaps and strategic visions.
• Lead global operations, driving world-class stability through AI tools and automation.
• Architect short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets growth needs.
• Enable a multi-cloud strategy leveraging AWS, GCP, and OCI to optimize cost and performance.
• Manage the elimination of legacy data centers and facilitate migration to future-ready cloud infrastructure.
• Provide leadership during critical infrastructure incidents, coordinating response and communicating with senior leadership.
• Oversee operational costs, financial estimates, and vendor negotiations to decrease total cost of ownership.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing advanced infrastructure team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture and design in roles of increasing responsibility.
• 3 years of experience leading IT Infrastructure architecture and operations teams at a senior manager level or above.
• Advanced technical knowledge of cloud, database, network, compute, and storage.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional, transformational changes and influence executive-level managers.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• 12 years of experience in infrastructure architecture and design.
• 6 years of experience leading IT Infrastructure teams at a Director level.
• Experience migrating from legacy technology stacks to modern technology stacks.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS.
