Director, Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud migrations and enterprise infrastructure transformations, including M&A integrations and complex carve-outs.
• Design and execute migration wave programs across multi-site physical environments such as distribution centers, warehouses, and campuses.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring operational sensitivity and delivery excellence.
• Manage and lead diverse technical teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Drive infrastructure as code initiatives using Terraform and Git-based change management.
• Collaborate with business leaders and external partners to influence technical strategy and infrastructure evolution.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migrations or enterprise infrastructure transformations.
• Direct experience with GCP infrastructure (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Monitoring) or equivalent AWS/Azure expertise.
• Broad domain expertise in network engineering (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, BGP), cloud architecture, and database management (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks.
• Experience with security protocols including IAM, encryption, and firewall design (Palo Alto, Cisco).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data in the drug supply chain or commercial healthcare/pharma domains.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP-native data storage patterns.
• Experience managing global transformation programs within a large-scale corporate footprint.
