Director, Information Systems and IT Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate IT infrastructure including networks, cloud environments, and telecommunications across multiple global sites
• Manage the IT Help Desk and ensure secure identity management (SSO/MFA)
• Advise on the selection and integration of enterprise applications like CRM, HRIS, and ERP
• Implement cybersecurity roadmaps, data protection policies, and incident response plans
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PIPEDA
• Establish global AI governance policies and track efficiency KPIs
• Lead global IT teams, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relations and acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 10+ years in IT operations with 3-5 years in a leadership role managing distributed teams
• Deep experience with hybrid environments (Azure/AWS and Linux/Windows servers)
• Expertise in Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365) and Google Suite
• In-depth knowledge of SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, and ISO 13485
• Fluency in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ITIL certifications
• Prior experience in a regulated healthcare or medical technology environment
