Director, Industry Marketing

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Marketing Business Partner to the local Industry and Sales Lead
• Drive the local adaptation and execution of industry marketing strategy and plans, including campaigns, content, and events
• Translate and tailor the global industry narrative to align with local market realities
• Incorporate local market insights, trends, and client stories into industry campaigns
• Develop bespoke content and marketing initiatives to address gaps in global plans
• Share regional best practices to enable reuse and scaling across markets
• Support thought leadership positioning within the local industry ecosystem
• Actively contribute to global industry planning and calls
• Serve as the key interface between global/regional industry teams and the local country organization
• Integrate business line offerings and partner solutions into industry priority mapping

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in senior B2B marketing leadership and strategic roles
• Experience operating within complex global matrixed organizations
• Strong background in strategic marketing, account-based marketing, and industry marketing
• Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders and C-suite leaders
• Demonstrated success measuring campaign impact and business outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in evolving environments
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities
