Director, Industrial Security

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security efforts across the Sector, providing strategic guidance for a compliant, risk-based security program.
• Plan and implement security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with corporate and government requirements.
• Develop programs to minimize security risks related to personnel, facilities, classified information, and corporate assets.
• Advise Sector leadership and functional partners on risk mitigation and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with state and federal law enforcement, intelligence, and investigative agencies.
• Coordinate and conduct investigations regarding fraud, theft, security policy violations, and ethical conduct concerns.
• Support security-related activities for mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transitions.
• Assist business locations with the development and administration of crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Implement inspection and audit methods to evaluate security effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience (or equivalent experience as specified in the job description).
• Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• 5 years of experience supervising direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational experience supporting government or industrial security programs within classified environments.
• Knowledge of ITAR, NATO, SCI, and SAP compliance requirements.
• Experience interfacing with U.S. Government intelligence agencies, DOD, and federal law enforcement.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
