About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Inter-Fund Agreement (IFA) Unit's workload, including one manager and five to six employees
- Work closely with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), DDC Capital Budget, and Sponsor Agencies to address IFA budget codes
- Monitor and create sub-project IDs for multi-site projects, specifically DDC’s Horizontal Projects
- Collaborate with DDC program teams and OMB to address IFA billing overages caused by financing reductions
- Respond to OMB inquiries regarding Budget Code Mods (BCMs), Internal Purchase Orders (IPOFs), and post-audit reviews
Requirements
- Permanent status in the Administrative Management Auditor title or reachable on the open-competitive list (exam #9044)
- Baccalaureate degree with 24 credits in accounting (including advanced accounting, auditing, and cost accounting) and five years of experience in management/financial auditing, with 18 months in a managerial capacity; OR
- Valid CPA License or Certified Internal Auditor certificate and four years of relevant experience, with 18 months in a managerial capacity
- Authorization to work in the United States
