About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop SVP/C-level relationships at top-tier hyperscaler organizations across Cloud Infrastructure, Productivity Platforms, and Conversational AI.
  • Define and execute a multi-pillar partnership strategy, including commercial negotiations, Cloud Marketplace fee structures, and co-investment frameworks.
  • Lead RingCentral’s AI co-innovation agenda by defining joint use cases and co-engineering priorities for RingSense AI.
  • Drive Cloud Marketplace presence and co-sell motions, including negotiating listing terms and establishing joint RFP protocols.
  • Build and operate partner enablement programs for hyperscaler sales teams and SI ecosystems.
  • Lead and develop the Hyperscaler Alliance team while driving cross-functional interlock across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic alliances or business development.
  • 7+ years of specific focus on a major hyperscaler ecosystem (Cloud Infrastructure, Productivity Suites, or Generative AI).
  • Proven track record of managing complex multi-party alliance agreements at the executive level.
  • Deep understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX technology.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise AI capabilities, including foundational LLMs and conversational AI.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior employment at a major hyperscaler, a cloud-focused GSI (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte), or a technology ISV.
  • Experience with Cloud Marketplace commercialization and securing preferred partner designations.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI or enterprise ML platforms to customer engagement or communications intelligence.
