Director, Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads on talent management, organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead the HRBP team to build organizational capability and implement effective people strategies.
• Oversee talent acquisition forecasting, onboarding processes, and retention strategies to mitigate attrition.
• Conduct complex employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with Indian employment laws.
• Manage performance management systems, compensation review programs, and job leveling integrity.
• Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leadership and manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Coach and manage a team of HR professionals, overseeing their professional development and performance.

Requirements

• HR Certification or extensive professional experience in human resources.
• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner in a senior-level capacity.
• Experience managing HR professionals within a large multinational organization.
• Deep knowledge of Indian employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience overseeing complex employee relations cases and talent management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience working within a global matrix organization.
