About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead human resources strategies across a network of PCI sites and functions to align workforce planning with business objectives.
- Partner with Site and Functional Leadership to enhance productivity, employee engagement, and organizational capability.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment strategies, organizational design, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Provide oversight on employee and labor relations, ensuring compliant practices and mitigating risk in collaboration with legal advisors.
- Promote a high-performance culture by championing equality, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Lead HR components of organizational change, such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
- Manage and develop HR teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Leverage workforce analytics and data to drive evidence-based decision-making and monitor retention trends.
- Support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals, specifically regarding labor rights, community impact, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR leadership role.
- Proven experience within life science, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing operations and hourly workforce dynamics.
- Experience working within multi-national organizations.
- Proficiency in HR systems, specifically Workday, and workforce analytics.
- Strong change leadership and project management capabilities.
