Director, Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and organizational design to align roles and capabilities with growth priorities
• Serve as the primary HR advisor to Commercial leadership, including Sales, Customer Success, and Pricing
• Develop talent strategies, succession pipelines, and career paths for commercial teams
• Embed performance culture and manager effectiveness through OKRs and recognition programs
• Partner with Total Rewards to align sales incentives, job architecture, and pay transparency
• Manage complex employee relations and risk management across distributed sites
• Drive HR operations excellence and process improvements across recruiting and onboarding systems
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communications during organizational changes

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience
• 5+ years directly partnering with Commercial, Sales, or Customer Success organizations
• Proven success leading enterprise-level transformations and organizational design
• Strong business acumen and data fluency in workforce and sales performance metrics
• Experience working within a matrixed, functionally organized enterprise
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (Master's preferred)
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
