About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to IMEA Regional Leaders and the executive team, translating global people strategy into regional impact.
  • Partner with Global HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to integrate talent, leadership, total rewards, and workforce analytics strategies.
  • Lead the regional talent and succession management agenda, including senior executive recruitment and leadership development.
  • Manage complex employee and labor relations, including the leadership and signing of long-term wage settlements.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives across a matrixed environment.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-country employment laws, labor regulations, and HR governance standards.
  • Provide executive oversight for regional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and statutory obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership in multinational or international organizations.
  • Proven experience in regional or multi-country HR roles within a matrixed operating model.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-country employment and labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex wage settlements and labor relations.
  • Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's) or relevant professional HR certification.
  • Extensive experience partnering directly with C-suite and functional executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive compensation and total rewards governance.
