Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior executives on organization design, talent, and workforce planning
• Drive organizational effectiveness, simplification, and structural efficiency across the global business
• Lead change management initiatives and organizational design in partnership with the Transformation office
• Manage talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and high-performance team building
• Partner with Total Rewards to implement compensation and performance management frameworks
• Lead and develop the HR and facilities team in Singapore
• Leverage people data and financial metrics to drive informed business decisions and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP leadership
• Proven experience partnering with Executive Committee or C-suite leaders
• Strong background in Financial Services, ideally with understanding of fund management models
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments such as private equity, real estate investment, or infrastructure
• Expertise in organizational transformation, design, and change management
• Highly analytical and numerate with strong commercial acumen
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures in an international setting
