About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior executives on organizational design, talent, culture, and workforce planning.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and simplification through design initiatives and change management.
- Lead HR workstreams for organizational cost-effectiveness and business divestiture programs.
- Partner with the Total Rewards COE to implement compensation and performance management frameworks.
- Identify, attract, and retain high-performing talent while driving succession planning and leadership development.
- Lead and develop the HR and facilities team in Singapore-based businesses.
- Leverage people data and financial metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
- Champion ESR's culture and values to foster collaboration and high employee engagement.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership.
- Proven experience partnering directly with C-suite or Executive Committee leaders.
- Strong background in the Financial Services sector, with an understanding of fund management models.
- Extensive experience leading organizational transformation, design, and change management.
- Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to translate commercial data into people strategies.
- Experience operating within complex, fast-paced international environments.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
