Director, HRBP

Responsibilities

• Own company level programs including designing, launching, and measuring impact
• Act as the main HR Business Partner for multiple organizations
• Collaborate with People Ops and Recruiting to attract and develop top-tier talent
• Solve business-critical issues and navigate organizational roadblocks
• Influence outcomes and drive change management with senior leadership
• Foster a culture of empathy, continuous feedback, and humility

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in progressive HR roles
• Heavy emphasis on HRBP, People Ops, L&D, and program launches
• Proficiency in translating business goals into scalable HR programs
• Experience in hypergrowth and fast-paced startup environments
• Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial EV, automotive, or hardware manufacturing
• Familiarity with scaling technical, engineering, and manufacturing teams
• Proven track record of scaling high-growth startups
