About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the US & Canada HR Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE), overseeing recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, mobility, and payroll.
- Build and scale durable HR infrastructure and modernize service delivery for over 2,200 employees.
- Manage a team of 20–25 HR professionals, providing leadership and development to direct reports.
- Own the US & Canada HR RCoE operating budget, including headcount, vendors, and systems.
- Support M&A integrations by leading HR operational readiness and stabilizing newly acquired entities.
- Collaborate with global HRIS and leadership teams to manage systems like Dayforce and SuccessFactors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in HR Operations, Shared Services, or RCoE environments.
- Proven experience leading large HR teams (20+ members) within complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Deep knowledge of US and Canada employment laws and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR budgets, vendors, and M&A integrations.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and change management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Dayforce.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR).
- Total Rewards certifications (CCP, GRP, CBP, or TRP).
- Bilingual capability, specifically with French.
