About the Company

Regent’s Retail Services Group (RSG) is a shared operational infrastructure that supports Regent’s portfolio of retail businesses, including La Senza, Club Monaco, Escada, and Drybar. Regent is a global private equity firm focused on acquiring complex and underperforming businesses and driving their exponential growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior HR leader and strategic business partner to executive leadership
  • Provide expert guidance on company policies, employee relations, and performance management
  • Own and improve core HR processes including onboarding, compensation planning, and employee lifecycle management
  • Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and issue resolution
  • Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships
  • Manage and optimize HRIS systems and data integrity
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and labor laws
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and recruiting strategies
  • Support leaders in building high-performing teams through coaching and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience as a full-scope HR leader in a multi-site or multi-business environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, or similar)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex employee matters with discretion
