Director

Responsibilities

• Model positive leadership and advise student leaders and interns
• Develop and implement campus engagement strategies using data
• Plan, implement, and evaluate Jewish programming and experiential education
• Provide compassionate leadership and advocacy during campus crises
• Monitor antisemitic and anti-Israel activities on campus and social media
• Supervise, mentor, and manage the professional growth of staff
• Nurture community partnerships and support fundraising efforts
• Manage administrative tasks including CRM databases and programming budgets

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, campus, or community organizations
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and budget management
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to the mission of Hillel Ontario and Jewish campus community
• Professional maturity and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or partnership development
