Director, Health Systems Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Build and close a pipeline of health system and large provider network accounts
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CMOs, primary care leaders, quality and population health leaders, and lab directors
• Drive accounts to roll out at scale by securing outreach authorization and leveraging population health strategies to grow screening volume
• Work cross-functionally with integration and customer success teams to ensure successful go-live and post-launch performance

Requirements

• Enterprise health system sales experience at a diagnostic, women's health, or value-based care company
• Proven track record closing IDN or large health system deals
• Experience navigating procurement, legal, and clinical stakeholders through to signed agreements
• Ability to lead credible clinical conversations without heavy support
• Experience negotiating multi-stakeholder agreements involving clinical workflow or data integration
• Comfort working in a lean, Series A startup environment
• Willingness to travel as needed to build and close enterprise accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Background at a leading industry company such as Exact Sciences, Guardant Health, Natera, or Labcorp Oncology
• Experience with population health outreach or patient data-sharing arrangements
• High motivation for navigating ambiguity and building new sales channels
