Director, Head of Products

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the investment product strategy for U.S. wealth management across advisory and brokerage channels.
• Own the end-to-end product platform, including UMAs, SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, ETFs, equities, structured products, and alternatives.
• Design product architecture that supports multiple custody platforms and delivery models to ensure a seamless advisor experience.
• Lead the design, approval, launch, and lifecycle management of all investment products and programs.
• Oversee due diligence, selection, and ongoing monitoring of third-party and proprietary investment products.
• Ensure all products and platforms comply with SEC and FINRA regulations, including Reg BI and fiduciary obligations.
• Partner with Distribution to drive product adoption and develop training tools for advisors.
• Monitor industry trends and benchmark the platform against leading broker-dealers and private banks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in investment products, wealth management, or broker-dealer platforms.
• Proven experience managing multi-asset product platforms across both advisory and brokerage channels.
• Deep expertise in advisory solutions (UMA/SMA) and brokerage products (structured products, alternatives, etc.).
• Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks, including SEC and FINRA.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses are required.
• Experience operating within dual or multiple custody platform environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Series 65 or 66 licenses.
• Proficiency with investment platforms such as Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, or FactSet.
