About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated team of 5–6 analysts embedded in the LeapSpace product organization.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and Commercial leadership, translating business goals into clear OKRs and success metrics.
- Drive growth analytics across the full funnel, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Define and govern product success metrics and KPIs to align with user value and AI-driven propositions.
- Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B testing, to assess the impact of new features and product changes.
- Communicate complex analytical insights through compelling narratives and dashboards to influence senior stakeholder decisions.
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows and modern tools to accelerate analysis, visualization, and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or digital analytics with a track record of influencing commercial strategy.
- Expertise in both B2B and B2C digital product environments.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams (5+ people).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for statistical modeling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks) and BI tools.
- Strong expertise in designing and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Economics.
- Experience scaling products through various growth stages.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
- Experience using AI/LLM-assisted workflows to enhance analytical productivity.
