Director, GTM Technology

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of the GTM operating model across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success
• Consolidate and optimize the GTM systems architecture across Salesforce, Gainsight, Common Room, and adjacent tools
• Drive end-to-end delivery of GTM systems initiatives from requirements through implementation
• Identify, design, and implement AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and automation
• Lead integration across core GTM tools to create seamless workflows across the customer lifecycle
• Own system-level data structures, standards, and governance within Salesforce
• Manage relationships with key GTM technology vendors and evaluate new AI-driven technologies

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Deep Salesforce knowledge and experience scaling CRM ecosystems in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience building automation and applying AI within GTM workflows
• Strong systems and architecture mindset to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with process optimization and redesigning GTM workflows
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in tools like Snowflake or Tableau
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
