About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and set performance benchmarks for Land & Expand motions including Target CAC and LTV/CAC ratios
- Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles for New Business, Expansion, and Partnership organizations
- Identify high-friction manual tasks and define business logic for new AI Agents
- Perform deep-dive analysis into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot groups for new AI tools
- Collaborate with Enablement to solve field friction points
- Define partner territory integration, lead routing, and attribution models
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM analysts and strategists
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy
- Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proven ability to design territory and quota models from scratch
- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills
