About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and set performance benchmarks for Land & Expand motions including Target CAC and LTV/CAC ratios
  • Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles for New Business, Expansion, and Partnership organizations
  • Identify high-friction manual tasks and define business logic for new AI Agents
  • Perform deep-dive analysis into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot groups for new AI tools
  • Collaborate with Enablement to solve field friction points
  • Define partner territory integration, lead routing, and attribution models
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM analysts and strategists

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy
  • Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Proven ability to design territory and quota models from scratch
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills
