About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define performance benchmarks for Land & Expand motions including Target CAC and LTV/CAC ratios
  • Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles, capacity modeling, and quota distribution
  • Identify high-friction manual tasks to define business logic for new AI Agents
  • Perform deep-dive analysis into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot groups for new AI tools
  • Collaborate with Enablement to solve field friction points
  • Define partner integration models for territories and lead routing
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM analysts and strategists

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy
  • Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to design territory and quota models from scratch
  • Experience coaching and developing analytical talent
