About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and drive GTM strategy at both product and portfolio levels to align with client business goals and revenue targets
- Collaborate with innovation, commercial, and experience teams to define target audiences and engagement strategies
- Guide investment recommendations in key GTM spend areas such as media and partnerships
- Define success metrics and provide guidance on tracking KPIs, performance benchmarking, and ROI
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across sales, product, marketing, and customer success
- Serve as a trusted client partner, managing expectations and navigating organizational complexities
- Oversee strategic planning and coordination for new product launches and market activation
- Map communications, messaging, and activations across markets, cohorts, and channels
- Contribute to business growth by shaping proposals, POVs, and pitches for new business
Requirements
- 8+ years of client-side or consulting experience in marketing strategy
- Expertise in market entry and/or repositioning
- Deep understanding of media and marketing landscapes and spend/return benchmarks
- Proven track record of designing and executing GTM strategies for products or services
- Experience guiding senior-level clients and C-suite leaders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with tight timelines
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings
