Director, GTM FP&A

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer
• Own end-to-end financial planning for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions
• Lead annual operating plan (AOP), long-range financial plan (LRP), and rolling forecast processes
• Develop and track SaaS and GTM KPIs including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, and LTV
• Build detailed sales capacity models to inform headcount, quota setting, and territory assignments
• Evaluate ROI for GTM initiatives such as new market entry and customer acquisition programs
• Develop sophisticated financial models for scenario planning and strategic insights
• Partner with the CFO organization to implement financial planning tools and automated reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or GTM Finance
• 5+ years in dedicated GTM financial roles
• Deep exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS environments
• Mastery of SaaS financial models and metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.)
• Advanced financial modeling expertise for scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Expert proficiency in financial planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Pigment, NetSuite, or Workday)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and BI tool skills (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business

• MBA degree
• Experience scaling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations
