About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Delivery Centre as a growth multiplier, scaling the practice and increasing its strategic impact.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a world-class professional services team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Drive business growth by applying a sales mindset to delivery leadership, identifying new opportunities, and winning enterprise accounts.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of complex Salesforce implementations across various engagement models to ensure customer value.
  • Champion the Global Delivery Centre's capabilities internally and externally to position it as a strategic differentiator.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive the feedback loop for continuous product improvement.
  • Present compelling solutions and strategic proposals to C-suite executives and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of experience in consulting or professional services within a software company.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams, building practices from scratch, and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystems, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Industry Clouds.
  • Extensive experience in pre-sales management and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading at least five large-scale Salesforce cloud project implementations.
  • Strong understanding of integration frameworks and the ability to deliver scalable, robust technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain expertise in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
  • Experience with Data & AI / Agentic Tech Stacks.
  • Knowledge of specialized services such as Data Migration, DevOps, and Marketing & Loyalty.
