Director, Growth (Google Partnerships)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the organization's strategic relationship with Google
• Develop annual partnership plans aligned to company growth objectives
• Identify opportunities for joint business planning, co-marketing, and innovation
• Track partnership KPIs and communicate performance to executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with Google incentive programs, certifications, and reporting
• Forecast, track, and optimize incentive earnings
• Serve as executive sponsor for Google Marketing Platform (GMP) adoption and optimization
• Support business development efforts through partnership-driven opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, partnerships, or marketing technology
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform
• Experience managing strategic technology or platform partnerships
• Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and performance analytics
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a media agency, consultancy, or large in-house marketing team
• Familiarity with Google's incentive and partner programs
• Experience implementing or overseeing MMM solutions
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and first-party data strategies
