About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of marketing measurement strategies, analytic roadmaps, and cross-channel performance frameworks
  • Partner with clients to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations across media channels
  • Design and oversee advanced measurement approaches including attribution, experimentation, and forecasting
  • Oversee development of business performance reporting, dashboards, and measurement solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Establish operational processes and prioritization frameworks for the analytics function
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging trends in marketing analytics and ad tech

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or business intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and advertising measurement methodologies
  • Expertise in building end-to-end measurement frameworks and KPI definition
  • Proficiency in structured reporting solutions like PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau
  • Experience managing and developing professional teams
  • Deep experience with media performance tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
  • Familiarity with DSPs (DV360, TradeDesk) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok)
  • Understanding of attribution methodologies (MMM, MTA) and statistical techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field
  • Experience working within data clean room environments (Ads Data Hub, Snowflake)
  • Working knowledge of Python or R
  • Exposure to predictive modeling techniques
