About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage digital media performance, relevant KPIs, and measurement plans
- Develop reporting solutions including automated dashboards and Power BI solutions
- Drive audience strategy and activation for hyper-targeting purposes
- Communicate performance insights succinctly to senior client and agency leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals
Requirements
- Experience evaluating attribution approaches including MTA
- Familiarity with regression-based analysis for attribution modeling
- Proficiency with reporting and data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, or comScore
- Experience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs, and DSPs
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Deep understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem and audience analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics
- Proven leadership and change management capabilities
- Experience in technical sales, solutions design, or delivery in a data-driven environment
