About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital media performance, relevant KPIs, and measurement plans
  • Develop reporting solutions including automated dashboards and Power BI solutions
  • Drive audience strategy and activation for hyper-targeting purposes
  • Communicate performance insights succinctly to senior client and agency leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals

Requirements

  • Experience evaluating attribution approaches including MTA
  • Familiarity with regression-based analysis for attribution modeling
  • Proficiency with reporting and data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, or comScore
  • Experience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs, and DSPs
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Deep understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem and audience analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics
  • Proven leadership and change management capabilities
  • Experience in technical sales, solutions design, or delivery in a data-driven environment
