About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a deep understanding of client strategic issues and competitive positioning
  • Ensure analytics efforts lead to clear, compelling, and actionable insights
  • Partner with Planning, Investment, and Activation teams on budget setting and media plan development
  • Lead measurement plan development and execution
  • Design tests to measure the incremental impact of media on business outcomes
  • Lead, mentor, and train managers and Associate Directors
  • Provide methodological support and coaching to direct reports and broader agency teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, or marketing
  • Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data solutions (1st/3rd party data, data lakes, clean rooms)
  • Experience in integrated marketing, media, customer journey development, and ROI development
  • Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
  • Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution processes
  • Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools
