About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Group Transfer Pricing matters strategically and define global Transfer Pricing Policy
- Ensure documentation of all significant international related party transactions including master and local files
- Implement and develop the SGS Transfer Pricing Model in line with OECD standards
- Manage transfer pricing risks and defend the TP setup during tax audits and negotiations
- Lead and develop a transfer pricing team of 6 people in Poland
- Provide business partnering and support to local finance managers and business units globally
- Manage team budget and engage external tax consultants and auditors
- Provide training on transfer pricing models and documentation requirements to local finance teams
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing or International Tax
- Experience in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms and multinational companies
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global TP policies and operating models
- Hands-on experience with Master File, Local File, and CbCR (BEPS Action 13)
- Expertise in complex TP structures including IP, service models, and cost allocation
- Experience managing transfer pricing audits, APAs, and tax authority negotiations
- Experience working in highly regulated, multi-country environments
