About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Transfer Pricing matters of the Group innovatively and strategically
- Define the Transfer Pricing Policy and implement solutions for complex global projects
- Ensure documentation of all significant international related party transactions (Master File, Local File, CbCR)
- Manage transfer pricing risks and defend the TP model during tax audits and negotiations
- Lead and develop a transfer pricing team of 6 people in Poland
- Advise local finance managers and business units on TP policy execution
- Build networks with external tax consultants and auditors
- Manage team budget and external adviser engagement
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing or International Tax
- Experience in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms combined with multinational in-house experience
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global TP policies and operating models
- Hands-on expertise with BEPS Action 13 (Master File, Local File, and CbCR)
- Experience managing complex TP structures including IP, service models, and cost allocation
- Experience managing transfer pricing audits, APAs, and tax authority negotiations
- Exposure to highly regulated, multi-country environments (ideally 50+ jurisdictions)
