Director, Global Supplier Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global strategy and operating model for supplier data maintenance and enablement
• Provide executive oversight of global operations, ensuring accountability for SLAs, productivity, quality, and risk management
• Lead and develop a globally distributed organization, managing workload balancing and escalation resolution
• Drive supplier enablement strategies, including Ariba network adoption and supplier onboarding integration
• Utilize AI tools and chatbots to revolutionize data gathering and improve the supplier portal experience
• Partner with senior finance leaders to scale processes through automation, standardization, and simplification
• Serve as the primary executive liaison for internal audit, SOX, and compliance activities
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of global metrics using data-driven insights and Power BI dashboards

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience leading global teams in complex, multi-currency environments
• Strong knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process
• Proficiency with Oracle Financials, Service Now, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree
• Proven ability to operate at a strategic leadership level across multiple geographies
• Experience managing large volumes of data and global payment processes
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational excellence
