Director, Global Strategy

Responsibilities

• Drive major global strategic initiatives focused on growth, business model innovation, and shareholder value.
• Partner with senior business leaders and the Executive Team to provide strategic expertise and problem-solving support.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and Commercial teams on portfolio strategy, investment, and transaction reviews.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses to identify opportunities and perform capability gap assessments.
• Monitor external market trends and prepare strategic intelligence reports for the Company and Board of Directors.
• Transition high-level strategies into operational execution and monitor their impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in strategy and project management.
• Strong strategic and business acumen with advanced financial analysis skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional and cross-regional projects through influence and collaboration.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills suitable for interacting with senior management.
• Ability to operate with limited direction and manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in strategy consulting, finance, or complex financial modeling.
• Experience within the life sciences or animal health industries.
