Director, Global Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and special projects tied to Corpay's short-, medium-, and long-term growth priorities.
• Serve as an internal consulting partner to the CEO and senior leadership on high-priority growth, product, and market questions.
• Develop market sizing, business cases, forecasts, competitor profiles, and executive-ready presentations.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner paths for new growth initiatives and market entries.
• Support M&A strategy by identifying priority markets, strategic themes, and potential acquisition targets.
• Manage external consultants and advisors for selected strategic projects.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical toolkit, including market sizing, business case development, and competitive analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create crisp executive narratives.
• Proven ability to drive ambiguous projects from problem definition through to execution planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B payments, fintech, financial services, or software.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting or private equity.
• Experience with M&A strategy, transaction diligence, or post-merger integration.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
