Director, Global Resilience and Physical Security

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the business continuity and disaster recovery programs to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical operations and potential threats.
• Design, document, and update business continuity plans, policies, and procedures across diverse business units.
• Coordinate and execute periodic plan testing, including tabletop exercises and full-scale simulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents, coordinating recovery efforts and crisis communications.
• Oversee physical security systems, including building access control and CCTV/video surveillance.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and improve employee safety programs and incident response training.
• Manage a high-impact team, driving performance and continuous improvement across the program portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in employee safety, business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and crisis management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in law enforcement or a government agency.
