Director, Global Product Line MoO2Cl2

Responsibilities

• Manage the Subleem™ portfolio of solid precursors for bulk cabinet delivery of ALD/CVD precursors.
• Define and update the molecule strategy and technology roadmap to ensure synergistic product suites.
• Drive customer engagement, including qualifications, JDAs, commercial offerings, and contractual terms.
• Lead commercial negotiations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Guide cross-functional teams across the US, Asia, and Europe to execute global product strategies.
• Develop global supply chain and sourcing options to ensure business continuity.
• Manage P&L, cost, and profitability roadmaps while providing pricing guidance to commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales to increase market penetration.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or chemistry.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or marketing.
• Prior experience with semiconductor industry equipment (OEM, IDM, or related subsystems).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across cultural and organizational boundaries.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or chemistry.
• 15+ years of industry experience with a focus on electronics product management.
• Proficiency in the Korean language.
