About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global People Systems strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on technology optimization and end-user adoption.
- Oversee Workday configuration, maintenance, and upgrades while partnering with Technology Operations on integrations and security architecture.
- Manage and develop the People Systems team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global regulations, including building roadmaps for IPO-readiness and SOX compliance.
- Establish a framework for robust people analytics to provide actionable insights to the business.
- Lead People Systems projects from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Drive the integration of AI into People processes to enhance existing tools and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS.
- Significant, hands-on experience with Workday (configuration, implementation, and reporting).
- Proven track record of leading global HRIS implementations and operations.
- Experience managing HR-focused data analytics functions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and people technology strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
