About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and evolution of Snowflake’s marketing platforms, ensuring tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and Clay operate as an integrated ecosystem
- Lead the implementation of an agentic marketing ops strategy to replace manual work with automation and AI
- Audit and modernize marketing data architecture to ensure high data quality and governance
- Design and standardize end-to-end processes across the lead lifecycle
- Manage the marketing operations budget and technology renewals
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global Marketing Operations team
- Manage agency and external partners to extend team capacity
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations
- 5+ years leading teams in high-growth B2B software environments
- Experience applying automation, AI, and workflow orchestration to processes
- Expertise in top-of-funnel strategy, lead lifecycle management, and conversion optimization
- Experience leading privacy, consent, and data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Workato, and Clay
